Principal, Property manager
John has nearly thirty-two years’ experience in government and private real estate, ranging from teacher housing, property acquisitions and disposals and leasing, to residential real estate, management rights, and property management.
He is the Principal of Golden Ocean Realty and is also bilingual, speaking English and Mandarin.

With over two decades of hands-on experience in real estate, Michael has built a solid reputation as a trusted and results-driven professional. Known for a strong ability to connect with clients across cultures, Michael is fluent in English, Vietnamese, Mandarin, and Cantonese—allowing for seamless communication and personalized service for a wide range of clients, including international buyers and investors.
From negotiating successful deals to guiding first-time homebuyers and managing property transactions with care and precision, Michael combines deep market knowledge with a genuine passion for helping people achieve their property goals.
